Golden Tumeric Coconut Milk

Turmeric is one of the most widely used herbs across the world, and its many health benefits are well documented. Turmeric is most famously used to reduce inflammation, and support brain and joint health. However there is some evidence that suggests that it promotes a longer lifespan as well.

2 cups of canned coconut milk*
1 1/4 tsp. turmeric**
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼-1/2 inch of fresh, peeled and grated ginger root or ¼ tsp. ginger powder
1 tsp. raw honey/maple syrup OR liquid stevia to taste (optional)
